Inclusions: Airfare (Manila-Cairo, Amman-Manila); Hotel accommodations on twin sharing; Half-board meals (breakfast and dinner all days, 5 lunches); taxes and gratuities

Exclusions: travel insurance, PCR testing and quarantine costs (as applicable) for unvaccinated participants, airline taxes, visas for select non-Filipino citizens.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

$500 down payment: October 31, 2023
$3,000 second payment: November 17, 2023
$1,890 + $153 airline taxes: December 29, 2023

• FLIGHTS

• • WHICH AIRLINE WILL THE TOUR GROUP BE USING?
    The group will be flying on Emirates Airlines from Manila.

• • CAN WE BOOK OUR OWN FLIGHTS?
    Priority will be given to those who will fly on Emirates Airlines as we need to meet the minimum requirement of seats for group bookings.

• • CAN WE GET A PREFERRED SEAT ASSIGNMENT?
    The system of requesting seats has changed. You may only do this online once the tickets are issued, one month before departure, and for a fee. You must log on to the Emirates Airlines website using your ticket number and do the transaction online using your credit card. 

• • HOW ABOUT MEAL REQUESTS?
    This is also available online using your ticket number once the tickets are issued.

• • WHAT ARE THE VACCINE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING THE TOUR?
  • There are currently no Covid-19 vaccine requirements for Egypt, Israel & Jordan as of September 2023.

• • IS IT SAFE TO TRAVEL TO THE HOLY LAND?
    Yes. Please rest assured that we are in regular coordination with our local travel partners and they are committed to update us should any problems arise in the countries that we will be visiting.

• • IS THE TOUR WHEELCHAIR-FRIENDLY?
    Unfortunately, it isn’t. Most of the tour sites do not have wheelchair access.

• • I NEED A CANE TO WALK PROPERLY. WILL I HAVE DIFFICULTY IF I JOIN THE TOUR?
    Yes, because the tour schedule gets hectic on some days and we cover a lot of ground each day. Participants should be able to walk at a moderate pace throughout the day, sometimes on an incline. Participants are encouraged to do a lot of walking at least a month before the tour starts.

• • WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PACKAGE?
    All breakfasts and dinners are included, with five (5) lunches.

• • WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE DURING THE TIME OF THE TOUR?
    It will be spring during the tour so temperatures will be pleasant. It could get hot in the Dead Sea area but not humid. Some days in Jerusalem might be unusually cold.

• • WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING?
    Bring light clothes and clothing items for layering. You may need a sweater early in the morning, which you can take off mid-day and wear again when it gets dark. Pack some extra warm clothes for unusually cold weather days in Jerusalem.

• • CAN WE HAVE AN EXTENSION BEFORE OR AFTER THE TOUR?
    An extension before the tour is discouraged because the group applies for a group visa and you should arrive with the group in order to be included. Otherwise, you would need to apply for your own visas. You may contact Highlight Tours for any changes in your booking. Please note that these tours are not part of the official CCF Holy Land Bible Study Tour.
